The following Privacy Policy governs the online information collection practices of LEGALISH LLC, doing business as Marriage Green Card (“Marriage Green Card,” “we,” "our," or “us”). Specifically, it outlines the types of information that we gather about you while you are using the www.legalish.io, www.legalishcourses.io, and www.marriagegreencard.io websites (the “Site”), and the ways in which we use this information. This Privacy Policy, including our children’s privacy statement, does not apply to any information you may provide to us or that we may collect offline and/or through other means (for example, at a live event, via telephone, or through the mail).
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By visiting and using the Site, you agree that your use of our Site, and any dispute over privacy, is governed by this Privacy Policy. Because the Web is an evolving medium, we may need to change our Privacy Policy at some point in the future, in which case we’ll post the changes to this Privacy Policy on this website and update the Effective Date of the policy to reflect the date of the changes. By continuing to use the Site after we post any such changes, you accept the Privacy Policy as modified.
How We Collect and Use Information
We may collect and store personal or other information that you voluntarily supply to us online while using the Site (e.g., while on the Site or in responding via email to a feature provided on the Site). The Site only contacts individuals who specifically request that we do so or in the event that they have signed up to receive our messaging, attended one of our events, or have purchased one of our products. The Site collects personally identifying information from our users during online registration and online purchasing. Immigration Case Outcome Data
If you use our Products in connection with an immigration filing, we may collect information about that filing and its outcome ("Case Outcome Data"), including form types, filing and decision dates, categories of evidence submitted, case characteristics and risk factors, requests for evidence received, interview outcomes, and final determinations. We may collect this information from you directly, from information you enter into the Platform, from documents you upload, or from publicly available government case-status services using a receipt number you provide.
We de-identify this information by removing your name, contact information, address, receipt and case numbers, alien registration number, and any other information that identifies you or any other individual.
We use de-identified Case Outcome Data to operate and improve our Products, develop new products and features, conduct statistical and empirical research, produce aggregate benchmarks and insights, and develop, train, and evaluate automated and machine-learning systems. We own all statistics, benchmarks, models, datasets, and analytical outputs derived from de-identified Case Outcome Data. These rights survive the closure of your account and may be transferred to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell Case Outcome Data, and we do not disclose it in any form that identifies you. We do not disclose Case Outcome Data to immigration authorities, employers, or any other third party except as required by valid legal process.
We may contact you after your filing concludes to ask about its outcome. Participation is voluntary.
Advertising
We advertise our own products on third-party platforms. Those platforms may use cookies or similar technologies to measure whether visitors who see or interact with our advertisements later visit our Site, watch our videos, or complete a purchase. We use this information only to measure the performance of our own advertising. We do not disclose your personal information to these platforms for their own purposes.
Children’s Privacy Statement
This children’s privacy statement explains our practices with respect to the online collection and use of personal information from children under the age of thirteen, and provides important information regarding their rights under federal law with respect to such information.

How do we store your information?
We store your information on servers operated by our hosting and platform providers in the United States. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect it, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
All of the messaging or emails that are sent to you by the Site include an unsubscribe link in them. You can remove yourself at any time from our mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link that can be found in every communication that we send you.
Retention. We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and thereafter as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. We retain de-identified Case Outcome Data indefinitely, as it no longer identifies you.
Disclaimer
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we use your personal information, we will notify you by email or through the Platform before those changes take effect.

European and UK Privacy Rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the following applies.
Legal bases. We process your personal information to perform our contract with you (providing the Products you purchased); on the basis of our legitimate interests (improving our Products, security, and analytics); with your consent (marketing communications and the collection of case outcome information); and to comply with legal obligations.
Where we process information about your immigration status, we rely on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Your rights. You have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal information; to restrict or object to processing; to withdraw consent; and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
De-identified Case Outcome Data is no longer personal data and is not subject to access, deletion, or portability requests. Withdrawing consent stops future collection but does not require deletion of previously de-identified data.
International transfers. Our servers and service providers are located in the United States. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your California Privacy Rights
This section applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended.
Categories we collect. Identifiers (name, email, postal address); commercial information (purchases); internet activity (pages viewed, login times); and, if you use our Products for an immigration filing, information about that filing and its outcome.
Sensitive personal information. Information about citizenship or immigration status is treated as sensitive personal information under California law. We use it only to provide and improve the Products you have purchased, and for the research and product-development purposes described in the Immigration Case Outcome Data section above. We do not use or disclose it to infer characteristics about you.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted under California law.
Your rights. You have the right to know what we collect and how we use it; to access a copy of your personal information; to correct inaccurate information; to delete your personal information; to receive it in a portable format; to limit our use of sensitive personal information; and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
How to exercise them. Email support@legalish.io with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity by confirming information already in our records, and will respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension where permitted. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
Deletion and de-identified data. If you request deletion, we will delete your personal information subject to legal exceptions. De-identified Case Outcome Data that no longer identifies you is not personal information and is not subject to deletion.
