Terms and Conditions of Purchase

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of any digital access, membership, or services (collectively, “Products”) processed through Stripe. By submitting payment through Stripe, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Company,” “we,” or “us” means LEGALISH LLC , doing business as Marriage Green Card.
“You” or “User” means the purchaser.
“Platform” means our website, membership portal, learning management system, and any related digital interfaces.
“Products” means one-time courses, subscriptions, community access, downloads, or other digital services offered for purchase via Stripe.

2. Purchase & Delivery

What You’re Buying: Immediate, electronic access to the Products you select at checkout, for the duration and scope described on the sales page.
Proof of Delivery: Electronic receipt, confirmation email, and logs of your first successful login or download.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Fees

Price & Currency: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Taxes & Duties: You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other governmental assessments.
Fees: Stripe’s processing fees are included in the purchase price; no additional handling fees will be charged by the Company.

4. Payment Authorization

By clicking “Buy” and completing the Stripe checkout, you:

Confirm you are an authorized user of the provided payment method.
Authorize the Company to charge your card or account via Stripe for the full purchase price.
Agree that any recurring billing (if you subscribe) will occur automatically according to the plan you selected.

5. No Refunds / Chargebacks

All Sales Final: Except as required by law, we do not issue refunds for Products once delivered.
Chargebacks: You must first contact support@legalish.io to resolve any issues. Unauthorized chargebacks will be deemed a breach of these Terms and may result in collection efforts, account suspension, or legal action.

6. Access & Account Security

Confidential Credentials: Keep your username/email and password secure. Do not share them.
Suspension Rights: We may suspend or terminate access for credential sharing, fraud, or other policy violations, without refund.

7. Scope of Support

Technical Support Only: We provide assistance with access, billing, and technical issues.
No Legal Advice: All Product content is educational. We do not provide personalized legal advice; please consult a qualified attorney for your specific needs.
No Attorney Client Relationship or Privilege: You acknowledge that this purchase does not establish an attorney–client relationship or privilege, that Legalish LLC is not a law firm, and that no one at the Company is acting as your attorney.

8. Privacy & Data

Privacy Policy: Your use of our Platform and your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.legalish.io/privacy-policy
Payment Data: Stripe processes and stores your payment information; we do not retain your full card details.
Usage Data: We may collect logs of your activity (e.g., pages viewed, login times) to improve our Products and to resolve disputes.

9. Intellectual Property

Company IP: All content, materials, designs, and trademarks on the Platform are owned by or licensed to the Company.
Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any Product content without our prior written permission. Screenshots or recordings for redistribution are prohibited.

10. Disclaimer of Legal Advice

The Products are for general educational purposes only. They do not create an attorney–client relationship nor any attorney-client privilege, nor are they a substitute for professional legal counsel. Rely on them at your own risk.

11. No Warranty

THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT THE MATERIALS ARE CURRENT, COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid.
Excluded Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any losses, liabilities, or claims (including attorney’s fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, unauthorized chargebacks, or misuse of the Products.

13. Force Majeure & System Availability

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to Internet outages, acts of God, or third-party service disruptions (e.g., Stripe downtime).

14. Termination

We may, in our sole discretion and at any time, with or without cause and with or without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Products or Platform. No refunds will be issued upon any such termination.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Exclusive Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase of Products shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
- The arbitration will be conducted in English in Orlando, Florida.
- You and the Company each waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
- The arbitrator’s award will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply to purchases made after the effective date; your continued use signifies acceptance.
